My name is Rowland Thomas. I'm a credit professional with over twenty-five years of commercial lending experience. I have personally underwritten and approved thousand of loans totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. I've held senior management positions in local credit unions, community banks, super regionals and the nation's largest banks all throughout the tri-state area. What this experience translates to is first hand knowledge of what banks are looking for and that's a neatly packaged, good quality loan with demonstrated cash flow delivered on a silver platter. Doing the legwork for them is what I do to get your deal approved and closed quickly.

Rates. When you work with other commercial loan brokers they will charge a full point and that's ultimately going to be reflected in your rate . What I do is shop the rate for you to get you the best possible deal. I charge a flat fee upfront to you.

When you hire Concierge Capital you'll be dealing exclusively with me, the owner to get you the loan your business needs.
The
Process
It's very simple. I come to your place of business to get an understanding of your needs, review your financial information and issue a term sheet. If the terms appeal to you I collect your financial package and I take care of the rest. I'll underwrite your loan putting your business in the best possible light.
My
Fee
For most traditional real estate acquisitions and refinances my fee is 0.40% 0f the loan amount with 75% paid up front and the balance at commitment.

The fee for specialty loans and challenged credits will be higher.

Example - A $600,000 commercial mortgage at 4.5% results in a payment of $3,335 a month amortized over 25 years will cost you $1,000,500. If you engage me at my typical fee of .40 basis points ($2,400) and I obtain a rate of 4.25% that results in a monthly payment of $3,250 or $975,000 over the life of the loan. That is a savings of over $25,000 - money that can be working for you elsewhere.
